【摘要】 我国民办高等教育经过近30年的发展,当前已进入一个新的转型期——调整规范期。这一时期的民办高等教育具有不同于以往的五大特征,民办高校自身则面临着六个方面的突出问题。本文基于实证调研,从微观入手,阐述了转型期民办高校发展所应秉持的三个观念和四种意识,并结合案例分析,提出了转型期民办高校可选择的五大发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 After nearly thirty years’ development of non-governmental higher education,the non-governmental higher education has entered a new period of transition——the stage of adjustment and specification.Non-governmental higher education in this period is different from that in the past with five features and non-governmental universities and colleges themselves are faced with their own outstanding problems in six areas.Based on empirical research and starting from the microscopic perspective,the article states three concepts and four kinds of consciousnesses that non-governmental universities and colleges should uphold during the period of transition.Combined with the case analysis,the article also recommends five development strategies for non-governmental universities and colleges to choose in the period of transition.更多还原
