大孔薄壁组配轴承的精密制造与预紧力控制策略
Precision Manufacturing and Pretensioning Force Control Strategy of Large Hole and Thin Wall Assembly Bearings
【摘要】 重点探讨大孔薄壁组配轴承的精密制造过程,涵盖设计要求、材料选择、关键制造技术和质量控制方法,并深入分析预紧力的控制策略,实现轴承性能的精确控制和优化。通过轴承性能的测试与分析,验证制造和控制策略的有效性,为轴承的应用和发展提供理论和技术支持。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the precision manufacturing process of large-hole thin-walled bearing,covering design requirements,material selection,key manufacturing technologies and quality control methods,and in-depth analysis of the control strategy of preload force,in order to achieve accurate control and optimization of bearing performance.Through the testing and analysis of bearing performance,the effectiveness of manufacturing and control strategies is verified,and theoretical and technical support is provided for the application and development of bearings.
