天然气制氢装置中变气脱碳的研究
Research on Decarbonization of Variable Gas in Natural Gas Hydrogen Production Plant
【摘要】 目前,我国对二氧化碳排放控制的非常严格,碳中和的提出对石油加工有着深远影响。制氢装置产品中二氧化碳含量约占1/5,且易提取。本文介绍了一种从制氢装置产品中提取二氧化碳的方法,首先介绍了中变气脱碳的必要性,以及脱碳对氢气收率的影响,然后对几种贫胺液作了简单介绍,并通过对比分析选出合适的贫胺液,最后给出了中变气脱碳的工艺流程,并计算得出其所产生的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Currently, China has very strict control over carbon dioxide emissions, and the proposal of carbon neutrality has a profound impact on petroleum processing. The carbon dioxide content in hydrogen production equipment products accounts for about 1/5 and is easy to extract. This article introduces a method for extracting carbon dioxide from hydrogen production equipment products. Firstly, the necessity of decarbonization of medium shift gas and the impact of decarbonization on hydrogen yield are introduced. Then, several lean amine solutions are briefly introduced, and suitable lean amine solutions are selected through comparative analysis. Finally, the process flow of decarbonization of medium shift gas is presented, and the economic benefits generated are calculated.
