浸没式厌氧膜生物反应器处理丙烯酸废水性能研究

【摘要】 采用浸没式厌氧膜生物反应器(SAn MBR)处理高含量丙烯酸废水,研究了容积负荷(VLR)和填料强化对SAn MBR处理效率及膜污染的影响规律。结果表明,SAn MBR系统可在进水COD约5 500 mg/L(生活污水与原水的稀释体积比为4:1),HRT为36~48 h,COD容积负荷为2.8~3.6 kg/(m3·d),甲醛负荷为0.5~0.6 kg/(m3·d)的条件下稳定运行,出水COD在300 mg/L左右、甲醛的质量浓度约15 mg/L;当反应器通过填料强化(填料的质量浓度为15 g/L)时,在上述运行条件下的出水COD可降低至180 mg/L以下,达到GB 8978-1996二级标准,并且膜污染能得到有效改善。

【Abstract】 Submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor(SAn MBR) was used for the treatment of wastewater containing acrylic acid. The volume load(VLR) and packing reinforcement were focused on SAn MBR treatment efficiency and membrane fouling. The results showed that at the experimental condition of influent COD being about 5 500 mg/L(dilution volume ratio=4:1),HRT being 36~48 h, VLR being 2.8~3.6 kg/(m3·d), formaldehyde load being 0.5~0.6 kg/(m3·d), the effluent COD was around 300 mg/L, volume fraction of formaldehyde remained 15 mg/L. While adding 15 g/L combined packing in the reactor, effluent COD decreased to 180 mg/L under the same condition, which met second grade of the GB 8978-1996, and membrane fouling was effectively imporved.
