基于正交设计的THF+TBAB对瓦斯水合物相平衡影响研究

【摘要】 为了便于深入研究THF+TBAB对瓦斯水合物相平衡影响,应用正交设计方法,以THF占比、TBAB占比、THF+TBAB和辅助空白列为4个因素,每个因素设置3个水平,共设计了9组配比方案,得到了样品瓦斯水合物的热力学参数,在THF浓度固定情况下,随压力的升高,瓦斯水合物的相平衡曲线成指数增长趋势,且随TBAB浓度的增加相平衡曲线逐渐向右,并采用极差分析方法分析了各因素对具体瓦斯水合物热力学参数影响的敏感性。研究结果表明,制定实验因素对瓦斯水合物相平衡影响的先后顺序为:THF对瓦斯水合物相平衡的影响>THF与TBAB的交互作用对瓦斯水合物相平衡的影响>TBAB对瓦斯水合物相平衡的影响,该分析结果为水合物法分离储运矿井瓦斯提供基础数据。

【Abstract】 To facilitate investigating the impact of THF+TBAB on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate in depth,thermodynamic parameters of gas hydrates are obtained by using the orthogonal design and 4 factors,namely,THF proportion,TBAB proportion,THF+TBAB and auxiliary blank column,where each factor has3 levels and 9 groups of proportioning schemes are designed. In the case of a fixed THF concentration,as the pressure increases,the phase equilibrium curve of gas hydrates increases exponentially and it moves towards the right gradually as the TBAB concentration increases. The range analysis is applied to analyze the sensitivity of each factor to specific thermodynamic parameters of the gas hydrate. The research results show that the sequence of the impact of experimental factors on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate is as follows:Impact of THF on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate>impact of the interaction between THF and TBAB on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate>impact of TBAB on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate,which is expected to provide basic data to separate,store and transport gas in mines with the hydration method.
