【摘要】 目的探讨针刺四神聪穴联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病轻度认知障碍的疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月间天津市北辰区中医医院收治的60例皮层下动脉硬化性脑病轻度认知障碍患者,以随机采样法将60例患者分为观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予针刺四神聪穴治疗,经过两个疗程治疗后,对比观察组、对照组MMSE评分、 ADL评分、临床疗效。结果使用针刺四神聪穴联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗的观察组,MMSE评分、临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,ADL评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯口服盐酸多奈哌齐,针刺四神聪穴联合盐酸多奈哌齐对皮质下动脉硬化性脑病轻度认知障碍治疗效果更为显著,该方法值得广大医疗工作者根据病症实际情况选用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the four god astute point acupuncture combined therapy with donepezil HCL subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy the curative effect of mild cognitive impairment. Methods June 2017 to June 2019, 60 cases of the hospital between subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy in patients with mild cognitive impairment, in a random sampling method to 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases of control group, 30 cases in the control group were given donepezil HCL oral treatment, on the basis of the observation group in the control group was given four god astute point acupuncture treatment, after two courses of treatment, the observation group and control group MMSE score, ADL scores, clinical curative effect were compared. Results Four god astute use acupuncture point joint donepezil HCL treatment group, MMSE score, clinical total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the ADL score significantly lower than the control group, the difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with pure oral donepezil HCL, four god astute point acupuncture combined donepezil HCL mild cognitive impairment of subcortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy therapeutic effect is more significant, this method is worthy of the broad masses of medical workers according to the actual situation to choose.更多还原
