【摘要】 随着中国经济的持续发展和居民收入的不断提高,商贸流通产业现已成为带动国内消费、拉动区域经济增长的重要产业之一。青岛市商贸流通产业发展的现状具有所有制结构多元化、经营结构日趋合理、布局结构日趋均衡等特征。存在的主要问题有:整体发展水平不高、批发市场辐射功能薄弱、商业布点缺乏科学论证等。基于构建区域性商贸中心的战略目标,从城市功能优化的层面出发,应重点推进十大战略,培育形成四大体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s sustainable development of economy and the increase of people’s earnings,commercial and trading industry has become one of the most important industries which drive domestic consumption and regional economic growth.As one of China’s regional key cities and international harbors,Qingdao is of hub functions linking markets home and abroad.So,to probe development strategy of Qingdao’s commercial and trading industry is of realistic importance to optimization of urban function and promotion of construction of Qingdao City into regionally commercial and trading center.This paper begins with explanation of the present characters in Qingdao’s commercial and trading industry development.Then,the problems and their causes in the development of Qingdao’s commercial and trading industry are analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of urban function optimization,the paper puts forward ten strategies and four systems to be constructed in the development of Qingdao’s commercial and trading industry,with construction of regional commercial and trading center being taken as a strategic goal.更多还原
