高职院校文秘专业实践教学的逻辑、困境与进路——以芜湖职业技术学院为例
The Logic, Difficulties and Approaches of Practical Teaching in Secretary Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Wuhu Institute of Technology as an Example
【摘要】 实践教学是高职院校文秘专业人才培养的核心环节,符合历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑,同时也遭遇了“设计优化不充分”“功能发挥不完全”和“成效提升不全面”的实践困境,其改革可谓至关重要、迫在眉睫而又大有可为。应该遵循“优化顶层设计”“促进功能发挥”和“提升教改成效”的改革进路,在以生为本、解放思想和求真务实上下大力气,使苦功夫。唯有如此,方能培养出大批的优质毕业生,不负时代和韶华。
【Abstract】 Practical teaching is the core link in the training of secretarial professionals in higher vocational colleges. It conforms to historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic. At the same time, it also encounters the practical difficulties such as “insufficient design optimization”, “incomplete function play” and“incomplete effect improvement”. Its reform is crucial, urgent and promising. We should follow the reform approaches of “optimizing the top-level design”, “promoting the function” and “improving the effectiveness of educational reform”, and make great efforts in putting students first, emancipating the mind and seeking truth and pragmatism. Only in this way can we cultivate a large number of high-quality graduates and live up to the times and youth.
