紫花苜蓿和垂穗披碱草功能性状对水分的响应研究
The Response of Functional Traits of Medicago sativa and Elymus nutans to Water
【摘要】 以紫花苜蓿和垂穗披碱草为材料,在内蒙古大学草地生态学研究基地内已有的自动遮雨棚进行实验,模拟设置3种降水梯度:+50%处理即增加水分、-50%处理即减少水分、多年平均状态,对不同降水及灌溉含量下,单播紫花苜蓿与单播垂穗披碱草的叶面积、比叶面积、茎叶比、株高等功能性状进行测定分析。结果表明:(1)随水分梯度的增加,紫花苜蓿与垂穗披碱草的叶面积与比叶面积(SLA)都呈现先增高后降低的变化趋势;(2)随水分梯度增加,紫花苜蓿的株高和茎叶比显著增长,而垂穗披碱草的茎叶比变化波动较小,株高则表现出增高的趋势;(3)紫花苜蓿与垂穗披碱草的产量与水分梯度表现出显著正相关。不同水分梯度下牧草各功能性状变化趋势不同,反映出牧草对于水分的适应性。
【Abstract】 To study the response of functional traits of Medicago sativa and Elymus nutans to water factor,leaf area,specific leaf area,stem-leaf ratio and plant height were determined under three mimic precipitation gradients in the automatic canopy in the Grassland Ecosystem Research Base of Inner Mongolia University.Three precipitation gradients were simulated as(1) average precipitation for years;(2) +50% treatment,namely increased water content;(3)-50% treatment,namely decreased water content.The results found that:(1) the leaf area and specific leaf area(SLA) of Medicago sativa and Elymus nutans increased first and then decreased with the increase of water gradient;(2) the plant height and stem-leaf ratio of Medicago sativa increased significantly and the plant height of Elymus nutans showed an increasing trend while the stem-leaf ratio of it changed less with the increase of water gradient;(3) the yield of Medicago sativa and Elymus nutans had significant positive correlation with water gradient.The study suggested that the plants adapted the water changing in different ways,therefore,to understand of the response of forage function traits to different water condition had great help for the forage culture in Inner Mongolia.
