泥螺提取物抗炎与抗氧化活性评价研究

【摘要】 目的研究泥螺提取物的抗炎与抗氧化活性。方法采用小鼠棉球肉芽肿炎症模型评价泥螺提取物的抗炎活性,研究泥螺提取物对LPS刺激巨噬细胞释放炎症因子(IL-1β、TNF?α、NO)的影响,研究泥螺提取物对H2O2诱导内皮细胞损伤的保护作用,测定其中LDH、SOD、CAT等相关酶的活性。结果泥螺提取物能够显著抑制小鼠肉芽肿的形成,能够显著降低LPS刺激巨噬细胞后IL-1β、TNF?α、NO的释放,对H2O2损伤的内皮细胞具有保护作用,能够显著提高SOD、CAT的活性。结论泥螺提取物具有一定的抗炎与抗氧化活性。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation activities of Bullacta exarata extract.METHODS The model of granulomatous inflammation in mice was used to evaluate anti-inflammatory activities of Bullacta exarata extract;to examine the release of LPS-induced IL-1β,TNF?α,NO in RAW264.7cells effected by Bullacta exarata extract;research on H2O2-induced injury human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVECs)protected by Bullacta exarata extract,determine activity of enzymes of LDH,SOD,CAT.RESULTS Bullacta exarata extract inhabits formation of granulomatous inflammation in mice;suppresses the release of LPS-induced IL-1β,TNF?α,NO in RAW264.7cells;protects H2O2-induced injury human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVECs);and increases the activity of SOD and CAT.CONCLUSION The extract of Bullacta exarata have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation activities.
