用二元光学技术制作透射式Kinoform
TRANSMISSIVE KINOFORM MAKING BY BINARY OPTICAL TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 相息图的最大优点是同轴、衍射效率比较高 ,理想情况下可以达到 10 0 % 采用Ger chberg -Saxton的迭代算法 ,在物域和频域之间进行多次迭代 ,使频谱的振幅大致为常数 ,并对频谱的位相进行量化 ,用二元光学技术制成了 8台阶透射式Kinoform ,再现时获得了清晰的像 ,衍射效率较高
【Abstract】 The advantages of Kinoform are twofold. One is coaxial, the other is high diffraction efficiency. In this paper, we adopt the Gerchberg-Saxton iterative algorithm, while keeping the amplitude of frequency spectrum approximately constant, the phase of the spectrum is quantified into 2 n level. A eight phase level Kinoform is fabricated by using binary optical technique,.The reconstruction images are clear and the diffraction efficiency is high.
