红景天甙对心肺复苏后大鼠心功能的保护作用
Protective Effect of Salidrosideon Post-resuscitated Myocardial Function
【摘要】 目的:探讨红景天甙在心肺复苏后心功能不全中的保护作用。方法:18只健康SD大鼠(450~550g)在完成手术后,被随机分为三个组:假手术组、心脏骤停对照组、红景天甙组(40 mg/kg)。除假手术组外,大鼠心脏骤停模型通过右颈外静脉置管的导丝电诱颤实现。ROSC后6 h,持续监测患者血流动力学(HR、MAP、ETCO2)。在ROSC 0、ROSC 1、3、6 h测量心功能:大鼠射血分数(EF)、心输出量(CO)、心肌活动指数(MPI),舌下微循环:微血管流动指数(MFI)和灌注微血管密度(PVD)。结果:红景天甙可改善大鼠ROSC后1、2、3h的MAP,但在其他时间段对MAP并无显著的影响。红景天甙组对复苏后大鼠的HR和ETCO2无显著影响。同时,红景天甙可显著提高心脏骤停后鼠EF和CO,降低MPI。红景天甙可显著提高复苏后MFI和PVD。结论:红景天甙通过改善复苏后“无复流现象”,减轻心肺复苏后心功能不全。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Salidrosideon post-resuscitated myocardial dysfunc-tion.Methods:18 Sprague-Dawley rats weighing between 450-550 g were randomized into 3 groups:Sham,Cardiac Arrest group,Salidroside group(40 mg/kg).VF was induced through a guide wire advanced from the right jugular vein into the right ventricle.Hemodynamics parameters(HR,MAP,ETCO2)were continuously recorded during ROSC 6 h,and echocardiography(ejection fraction,EF;cardiac output,CO;and myocardial performance index,MPI) and sublin-gual microcirculation(microvascular flow index,MFI;perfused microvessel density,PVD)were measured at ROSC 0,1,3,6 h.Results:Salidroside significantly increased post-arrest rat MAP at ROSC 1,2,3 h,thereafter there wereno sig-nificant differences among the three group.No significant differences of HR and ETCO2were found between salidroside group and cardiac arrest group.However,salidroside markedly improved post-arrest myocardial function,as evidenced by increased EF and CO,shorten MPI.Conccurently,salidroside successfully prevent no-reflow phenomenon by increas-ing MPI and PVD.Conclusion:Salidroside ameliorated post-resuscitated myocardial dysfunction by preventing no-reflow phenomenon.
