【摘要】 为有效应对人才能力素养难以胜任国际中文教育岗位需求、师资单一化培养模式与多元化需求之间的结构性矛盾突出、专业学生海外实习和对口就业机会不足等现实困难，地方高校国际中文教育相关专业应积极践行“内融外协”的培养路径，通过“一贯通三融合”“一协同六联动”，在大类招生背景下推行课程契合与思政熔铸，在强基固本基础上厚植学生的家国情怀，实现国际中文教育人才的区域化、层次化、对口化培养，以培养具有国际视野、契合人才市场需求和德才兼备的国际中文教育人才。更多还原
