人工智能时代职前教师创新能力培养策略研究

【摘要】 职前教师作为一线教师的后备力量,其创新能力将直接影响未来教师的创新意识和创新素质。只有推进职前教师创新教育,才能培养出具有创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的基础教育师资,推动未来基础教育的创新。本文首先分析了人工智能时代职前教师培养的方向和要求,论述了人工智能时代职前教师创新能力的构成,重点阐述了通过借助人工智能技术培养职前教师创新能力的方法,为提升职前教师创新能力做出有益探索。

【Abstract】 As the reserve force of front-line teachers, pre-service teachers’ innovative ability will directly affect the innovative consciousness and quality of future teachers. Only by promoting the innovative education of pre-service teachers, can we cultivate teachers with innovative consciousness, innovative spirit and innovative ability, and promote the innovation of basic education in the future. This paper first analyzes the direction and requirements of pre-service teacher training in the era of artificial intelligence, discusses the composition of pre-service teachers’ innovation ability in the era of artificial intelligence, and focuses on the methods of cultivating pre-service teachers’ innovation ability by means of artificial intelligence technology, so as to make beneficial exploration for improving the innovation ability of pre-service teachers.
