【Abstract】 In 2011, the State Council issued the National Program of Action for Child Development in China (2011-2020) and proposed to build "democratic, civilized, harmonious, equal and secure friendly Schools". But at present, most of researches on friendly schools are all from the external factors of schools to study and neglect to construct friendly schools from the other important perspective of the internal factors in schools.
