试析“民主、文明、和谐、平等、安全的友好型学校”之内涵
Analysis of the Connotation of "Democratic, Civilized, Harmonious, Equal and Secure Friendly Schools"
【摘要】 2011年,国务院颁布了《中国儿童发展纲要(2011-2020年)》,提出建设"民主、文明、和谐、平等、安全的友好型学校"。①但是当下大多数关于友好型学校的研究都是从学校外部因素的角度去研究,忽视了学校内部是建设友好型学校的另一个重要的视角。本文尝试对建设"民主、文明、和谐、平等、安全的友好型学校"的内涵进行论述。
【Abstract】 In 2011, the State Council issued the National Program of Action for Child Development in China (2011-2020) and proposed to build "democratic, civilized, harmonious, equal and secure friendly Schools". But at present, most of researches on friendly schools are all from the external factors of schools to study and neglect to construct friendly schools from the other important perspective of the internal factors in schools. The article attempts to expound the connotation of the construction of friendly schools.
