远程控制系统在隧道施工中的应用研究
Application of Remote Control System in Tunnel Construction
【摘要】 为了避免近距离喷射混凝土时带来的隧道塌方危险,同时,也为了节省劳动力和材料成本,降低施工造价,开发了远程控制系统,并且应用于隧道各项施工机器中,用以代替传统喷射作业的手持方式、模板台车人工调整方式等,通过对比传统的机械操作和远程遥控操作的各项参数指标,综合分析了远程控制系统的优点。研究结果表明,远程控制系统能大大降低了危险系数,同时,喷射混凝土时可节约1/4的劳动力,模板台车的定位成本降低了1/3,可以在企业内部推广使用。
【Abstract】 In order to avoid the danger of tunnel collapse caused by short-distance shotcrete, and also to save labor and material cost and reduce construction cost, a remote control system has been developed. It is also used in tunnel construction machines to replace the hand-held mode of traditional jetting operation and manual adjustment mode of formwork trolley. By comparing the parameters of traditional mechanical operation and remote control operation, the advantages of remote control system are analyzed. The results show that the remote control system can greatly reduce the hazard coefficient, save 1/4 of the labor force and reduce 1/3 of the positioning cost of the formwork trolley, can be used within the enterprise promotion.
