基于学习者需求的研究生医学分子生物学教学

【摘要】 为了适应生命科学发展的需要,培养合格的高层次专业人才,在教学中应充分发挥学生学习的主体地位,基于学习者需求探索课程教学改革已是教学发展的重要方向。《医学分子生物学》课程是医学相关学科专业研究生的基础课程,其理论、技术与方法已渗透到生命科学的各个领域。在生命科学发展十分迅速的时代,传统的教学方法已不能满足培养合格高层次人才的需求。本科室结合多年的研究生教学经验,对承担的研究生《医学分子生物学》课程从教学内容的整合、教学方法及手段的改革、完善课程评价体系等方面进行了改革,旨在进一步提高研究生教学质量,为培养研究生的创新能力打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of the development of life science and cultivate qualified high-level professional talents, students should give full play to their main learning status in teaching. Exploring curriculum teaching reform based on the needs of learners has become an important direction of teaching development. "Medical Molecular Biology" is a basic course for graduate students in medical related disciplines. Its theory, technology and methods have penetrated into all fields of life science. In the era of rapid development of life science, traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of training qualified high-level talents. This chamber combined with postgraduate teaching experience for many years, to undertake postgraduate medical molecular biology "course from the integration of teaching content, teaching methods and means of reform, perfect the course evaluation system and so on has carried on the reform, aims to further improve the teaching quality of graduate students, in order to improve the innovation ability of graduate students to lay a solid foundation.
