紧急落棒时控制棒棒位监测装置原理论证

【摘要】 基于反应堆控制棒驱动机构的结构及反应堆事故工况下紧急停堆的控制原理,提出了一套针对反应堆事故工况下紧急落棒时控制棒棒位监测的装置,从声学基本理论、实验室声学软件声学图像转换、工程现场模拟实验等方面对该监测装置的声音信号收集、放大、传输、终端处理等整套工艺的合理性进行了论证,主要包括瞬时冲击声音信号采集及放大原理、声音信号远传可行性及稳定性、终端输出装置信号处理及显示等。通过模拟实验装置对信号的可收集性、可放大性、可远传性进行了验证,实验结果表明:在安静或嘈杂的环境下,声音信号均得到了较好的采集、放大、传输及显示,敲击前后终端显示器中相对数值变化较大,获得的敲击声音信号清晰、灵敏。

【Abstract】 Based on the structure of reactor control rod drive mechanism and the control principle of emergency shutdown under reactor accident condition, a set of control rod position monitoring device for emergency rod dropping under reactor accident condition is put forward. The rationality of the whole process of sound signal collection, amplification,transmission and terminal processing of the monitoring device is demonstrated from the aspects of acoustic basic theory,acoustic image conversion of laboratory acoustic software, engineering field simulation experiment, etc., mainly including the principle of instantaneous impact sound signal collection and amplification, the feasibility and stability of sound signal remote transmission, etc. The collectibility, amplification and remote transmission of the signal are verified by the simulation experiment device. The experimental results show that the sound signals are well collected, amplified,transmitted and displayed in quiet or noisy environment, and the relative values in the terminal display change greatly before and after tapping, and the obtained tapping sound signals are clear and sensitive.
