【摘要】 目的:系统评价乳腺癌病人家庭照顾者照护负担的影响因素。方法:系统检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、APA PsycArticles和Academic Search Complete数据库，检索时间为自建库至2022年4月6日。采用定性分析的方法总结归纳研究结果。结果:纳入11篇研究，样本量共计1 564例。乳腺癌病人家庭照顾者照护负担的影响因素有6项，分别为癌症病理分级、病人的日常生活活动能力、照顾者发生的生活应激事件、照顾者的焦虑抑郁情绪状态、家庭经济月收入和社会支持。结论:影响照顾者照护负担的影响因素复杂多样，应将病人和照顾者视为相互关联的一个整体，充分评估病人、照顾者和家庭社会三方面的因素，以制定个性化的干预措施减轻照护负担，提高病人和照顾者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To systematically review the influencing factors of care burden among family caregivers of patientswith breast cancer.Methods:Related literature on the influencing factors of care burden among family caregivers of patientswith breast cancer were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database, VIP database, China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, CINAHL,APA PsycArticles, and Academic Search Complete databases from the establishment of the database to April 6,2022.The qualitative analysis method was used to summarize and research the results.Results:A total of 11 studies were included, with a sample size of 1 564 cases.There were 6 influencing factors on the care burden of family caregivers of breast cancer patients: cancer pathological grade, patients′ activities of daily living, life stress events of caregivers, anxiety and depression emotional state of caregivers, family economic monthly income, and social support.Conclusions:The factors affecting thecare burden of caregivers are complex and diverse.Patients and caregivers should be considered as a whole related association.The three factors of patients, caregivers, and family society should be fully evaluated in order to develop individualized interventions to alleviate thecare burden and improve the quality of life of patients and caregivers.更多还原
