【摘要】 目的 分析在非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗中实施消化内镜辅助治疗的效果。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年1月晋江市中医院收治的120例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采取常规治疗+消化内镜下止血治疗，分析并对比两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率98.33%高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=8.886,P<0.05）；观察组住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组48 h内再出血率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 实施常规治疗后给予患者消化内镜下止血辅助治疗，能够进一步降低患者再出血率，并且还能够缩短患者的住院时间，提升治疗效果，具有显著的止血效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of gastrointestinal endoscopy-assisted treatment in the treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 120 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided into the observation group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, the observation group received conventional treatment + gastrointestinal endoscopic hemostatic intervention, analyzed and compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 98.33%, higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.886, P<0.05). The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of rebleeding within 48 hours in observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Gastrointestinal endoscopic hemostatic adjuvant therapy given to patients after the implementation of conventional treatment can further reduce the re-bleeding rate of patients, and can also shorten the hospitalization time of patients, promote the therapeutic effect, and has a significant hemostatic effect.更多还原
