【摘要】 目的：研讨细节护理联合心理干预对慢性扁桃体炎患者的影响。方法：选取2021年7月—2021年12月在我院诊治的慢性扁桃体炎患者116例，按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，分别接受常规护理与细节护理联合心理干预，比较两组的疼痛状况、生存质量以及护理满意度。结果：术后24h与48h，观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组干预后QOL-BREF各维度评分以及总满意度均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：细节护理联合心理干预能够有效缓解慢性扁桃体炎手术患者的术后疼痛状况，提高其生存质量以及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of detail nursing combined with psychological intervention on patients with chronic tonsillitis.Methods:116 patients with chronic tonsillitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table,they received routine nursing and detailed nursing combined with psychological intervention respectively.The pain status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:At 24h and 48h after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of QOL-BREF and the total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed nursing combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of patients with chronic tonsillitis,improve their quality of life and satisfaction.更多还原
