Br?nsted酸性离子液体改性SBA-15分子筛催化合成双酚F

【摘要】 为了解决酸性离子液体(1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑硫酸氢盐与1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑基乙酸盐)在苯酚-甲醛合成双酚F(BPF)的反应中溶解性差、反应活性低的问题,将这2种Br?nsted酸性离子液体分别引入到SBA-15分子筛表面中,通过多种表征与测试手段对所制备催化剂的物化性能进行表征。结果表明:SBA-15固载离子液体后依然保持有序介孔结构,显示出比对应离子液体更高的催化活性,其中SBA-15固载1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑硫酸氢盐催化剂(SILs-1)催化活性最高,在反应时间90 min、反应温度90℃、催化剂与甲醛质量比为0.36,苯酚与甲醛物质的量比为30的条件下,BPF收率高达94.8%。在重复使用5次后,BPF收率仍在82%以上,且对4,4’-BPF的选择性无明显影响。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of poor solubility and low reactivity for acid ionic liquids in the synthesis of BPF from phenol and formaldehyde, the two Br?nsted acid ionic liquids, including 1-methyl-3-butylimidazole bisulfate and 1-methyl-3-butyl imidazolium acetate, are respectively introduced into the surface of molecular sieve SBA-15. The physico-chemical characteristics of the catalysts are characterized by XRD, BET, TG-DTG, SEM and TEM. The results show that the mesoporous structure of SBA-15 is still preserved after modification with acid ionic liquids, and shows relatively high catalytic activity compared with the corresponding ionic liquids. Under the optimum conditions(catalyst/formaldehyde mass ratio 0.36, phenol/formaldehyde molar ratio 30/1, reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 90 min), a high bisphenol F yield of 94.8% can be achieved over the SILs-1 catalyst. After being reused for 5 times, its catalytic activity is still good with 82% yield of BPF and constant selectivity to 4,4’-BPF.
