小麦扬花期抗旱性鉴定指标的筛选

【摘要】 以21个抗旱性不同的小麦品种为试验材料,研究了小麦抗旱指数与生理指标的关系。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下小麦抗旱指数与叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量呈极显著正相关,与丙二醛含量呈极显著负相关,与电导率、失水率呈负相关(P>0.05),与可溶性糖含量呈正相关(P>0.05)。叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量均可作为小麦抗旱性鉴定指标,用于小麦品种抗旱性的评定。

【Abstract】 Twenty-two different drought resistant wheat varieties were used to study the relationship between wheat drought index and physiological indicators. The results showed that under drought stress conditions the drought index was significantly positively correlated with relative water content,leaf chlorophyll content,significantly negatively correlated with the content of malonaldehyde,which was negatively correlatd with water loss rate and conductivity without significant level,positively correlated with soluble sugar content without significant level. The relative water content,leaf chlorophyll content and content of malonaldehyde could be used as index of wheat drought resistance assessment for drought resistance assessment of wheat varieties.
