【摘要】 中心城区生态水系营造工程的实施有助于提高河道防洪标准，修复河道生态，提升滨水景观，改善河道水质，其中拦河橡胶坝设计可为其提供重要的基础依据，冲排水系统设计是拦河橡胶坝整体设计的重要技术环节，对项目建设具有一定的工程意义。为此，结合赤峰市中心城区生态水系营造工程拦河橡胶坝冲排水系统设计实践展开分析研究。结果表明，熟悉生态水系营造工程3#橡胶坝冲排水系统总体概况，重点围绕橡胶坝袋的充胀与排放、水泵选型、水源井结构设计、充排管路设计（包括充排水管径计算及充排水管路布置）、泵房及控制室和坝袋安全与观测等六方面完成3#橡胶坝冲排水系统设计。可为类似橡胶坝冲排水系统设计提供借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of the central city ecological drainage construction project is helpful to improve river flood control standards, repair river ecology, enhance the waterfront landscape and improve the river water quality. The river rubber dam design can provide an important basis for the project. The design of flushing drainage system is an important technical link in the overall design of river rubber dam,, which has certain engineering significance for project construction. Therefore, the design practice of rubber dam drainage system in the ecological water system construction project of Chifeng City is analyzed and studied. The the general situation of the NO.3 rubber dam flushing drainage system of ecological water system construction project was familiar with. The NO.3 rubber dam drainage system design was completed mainly focused on the six aspects of rubber dam bag filling and discharge, pump selection,water well structure design, discharge pipe design, which includes filling pipe diameter calculation and drainage pipe layout, pump room and control room and dam bag safety and observation.
