基于灰色关联分析的长江下游疏浚超细砂形态特征研究

【摘要】 长江下游航道作业产生了大量的疏浚砂,将疏浚砂部分取代细集料制备混凝土是疏浚砂建材资源化利用的重要途经。选取9种形态特征参数表征颗粒形状特征、棱角性特征两方面,基于灰色关联分析法定义一种考虑多个形态特征参数的综合系数,对不同种类细集料颗粒群的整体形态特征进行综合评价。同时,采用周长-面积法计算9种细集料颗粒群的分形维数,观察可知基于体积权重法的整体综合系数与该分形维数具有较好的相关性。经过人为主观评价对比、正态分布验证、9种细集料结果对比发现,该评价方法具有较好的准确性。整体而言,样本中的整体综合系数从高到低依次为机制砂、疏浚砂、河砂、标准砂。这表明,将疏浚砂部分取代河砂、标准砂充当细集料制备混凝土可以增大细集料的整体综合系数;在颗粒水泥浆膜厚度相同的情况下将有助于增强水泥浆与颗粒黏结力,提高混凝土的密实度。

【Abstract】 The operation of the lower Yangtze River waterway has produced a large amount of dredged sand,and the preparation of concrete by replacing the dredged sand part of the accumulator is an important way to use the resources of dredged sand building materials.9 morphological characteristic parameters were selected to characterize the shape characteristics and angular characteristics of the particles,and a comprehensive coefficient considering multiple morphological characteristic parameters was defined based on the gray correlation analysis method,and the overall morphological characteristics of different types of fine aggregate particle groups were comprehensively evaluated.At the same time,the fractal dimension of the nine fine aggregate particle groups was calculated by the perimeter-area method,and it was observed that the overall synthesis coefficient based on the volume weight method had a good correlation with the fractal dimension.After the comparison of artificial subjective evaluation,normal distribution verification,and comparison of the results of 9 kinds of fine aggregates,it is found that the evaluation method has good accuracy.Overall,the overall synthesis coefficients in the samplewere,from highest to lowest,mechanical sand,dredged sand,river sand,and standard sand.This shows that the dredged sand partially replaces the river sand,and the standard sand acts as a fine aggregate to prepare concrete,which can increase the overall comprehensive coefficient of the fine aggregate.In the case of the same thickness of the granular cement slurry film,it will help to enhance the adhesion between the cement slurry and the granuleand improve the compactness of the concrete.
