【摘要】 为了有效地解决化工机械设备腐蚀问题，保证化工生产的高效性和安全性，保障作业人员的人身安全，现提出一套行之有效的化工机械设备防腐措施。首先，介绍了化工机械设备腐蚀原因和种类。其次，从材料选择、结构和工艺设计、电化学保护法、防腐蚀涂料运用等方面入手，为实现化工机械设备防腐处理提出具有建设性的建议。结果表明：本文所提出的化工机械设备防腐措施具有较高的可靠性和可行性，有效地提高化工机械设备防腐性能，延长化工机械设备的使用寿命，确保化工企业能够稳定化、安全化生产。希望通过这次研究，为相关人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to effectively solve the corrosion problem of chemical machinery and equipment,ensure the efficiency and safety of chemical production, and ensure the personal safety of operators,a set of effective anti-corrosion measures for chemical machinery and equipment is proposed. Firstly,the corrosion causes and types of chemical machinery and equipment are introduced. Secondly, from the aspects of material selection, structure and process design, electrochemical protection method,application of anti-corrosion coating, etc., constructive suggestions are put forward for the realization of anti-corrosion treatment of chemical machinery and equipment. The results show that the anti-corrosion measures for chemical machinery and equipment proposed in this paper have high reliability and feasibility, effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance of chemical machinery and equipment, extend the service life of chemical machinery and equipment, and ensure stable and safe production of chemical enterprises.
