福建省0-3岁早期教育教师专业胜任力研究

【摘要】 0-3岁是人生智力发展的关键时期,对外界知识最为敏感,抓紧早期教育能有效促进婴幼儿大脑发育,为接受终身教育奠定良好的基础。而0-3岁早期教育教师专业胜任力密切影响着婴幼儿早教的成效,本文通过设计大规模的早期教育调查和访谈,分析早期教育教师专业胜任力现状,展开深入研究。

【Abstract】 3-year-old is a key period in the development of life intelligence and is most sensitive to external knowledge. Early education can effectively promote the brain development of infants and lay a good foundation for life-long education. The professional competence of 0-3-year-old early education teachers has a close influence on the effectiveness of early childhood education. Through designing a large-scale early education investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of professional competence of early education teachers, and carries out in-depth research on the current situation of professional competence of early education teachers.
