【Abstract】 This article sums up the characteristics of the dispute settlement mechanism of China-ASEAN countries through a comparative study of the European Union,the North American Free Trade Area,World Trade Organization and ASEAN Free Trade Area.They are similar to the quasi-justice dispute settlement systems of NAFTA and WTO,with some provisions borrowing ideas from the WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism.更多还原
