【Abstract】 CDX2 is a recently found nuclear transcription factor,which is specific and sensitive to the normal and neoplastic intestinal epithelium.CDX2-88,a monoclonal antibody(a mouse IgG1,kapa antibod- y),is recently developed and usually used for CDX2.CDX2 immunohistochemistry has been shown to be useful in defining gastrointestinal origin in metastatic tumors and will likely become useful in addition to the standard panel of immunostains for carcinomas of unkown primary sites.This article reviews the previous studies of rela- tionship of CDX2 and colorectal cancers.更多还原
