基于DGS的切比雪夫低通滤波器设计
Design of the Chebyshev low-pass filter based on defective ground structure
【摘要】 为了抑制微波传输系统中的高次谐波以及杂散信号,采用DGS(缺陷地结构)来设计低通滤波器。通过在经典的五阶切比雪夫低通滤波器的接地面上蚀刻多个哑铃型DGS结构,获得了较好的通带和阻带性能。仿真及测试结果显示,采用DGS结构设计的低通滤波器,其通带截止频率为1.4 GHz,0~1.4 GHz通带内回波损耗值优于-20 dB且插入损耗值小于0.5 dB,阻带范围为2~10 GHz。经实物加工测试分析表明,实测结果与仿真结果吻合较好。设计的DGS结构低通滤波器在无线通信系统中具有一定的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In order to suppress high-order harmonics and spurious signals in microwave transmission systems,a Defective Ground Structure(DGS) was used to design a low-pass filter in this article. By etching multiple dumbbell-shaped DGS structures on the ground plane of a classic fifth-order Chebyshev low-pass filter,better passband and stopband performance than the Chebyshev low-pass filters were obtained. The simulation and test results show that the Chebyshev low-pass filter designed with DGS structure has a passband cutoff frequency of 1.4 GHz,the return loss value within the 0~1.4 GHz Passband is better than-20 dB and the insertion loss value is less than 0.5 dB. The stopband range is 2~10 GHz. Good agreement between the measured and simulated results is obtained. The DGS structure low-pass filter designed has certain application prospects in wireless communication systems in this article.
