【摘要】 针对部分反渗透膜元件出现严重的有机物和微生物污堵问题,分析了主要发生的位置和原因,提出了预防污堵的解决方案。通过降低还原剂投加量,对停机的反渗透装置进行杀菌并增加冲洗频次,冲洗停机的保安过滤器,降低再生水在反渗透产水池内的停留时间,同时对污堵严重的反渗透膜元件单独进行离线清洗,有效解决了严重污堵的问题,恢复了产水量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the serious organic and microbial fouling problems of some RO membrane elements,the main locations and causes of the fouling were analyzed,and solutions to prevent fouling were proposed. By reducing the amount of reducing agent added,sterilizing the RO device that was stopped and increasing the washing frequency,flushing the security filters that were stopped,reducing the residence time of the recycled water in the RO production tank,and at the same time severely blocking the RO membrane element. Separate offline cleaning could effectively solve the problem of serious pollution and restore water production.更多还原
