结合功能解剖选穴电针疗法对脑卒中痉挛期下肢关节活动度的影响
Influence of Electroacupuncture Therapy of Acupoint Selection Based on Functional Anatomy on the Range of Motion in Patients with Spastic Lower Extremity after Stroke
【摘要】 目的 研究结合功能解剖选穴电针疗法对脑卒中痉挛期下肢关节活动度的影响。方法 选取130例符合标准的脑卒中痉挛期患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(64例)和试验组(66例)。对照组采取基础治疗+常规选穴电针治疗,试验组采取基础治疗+结合功能解剖选穴电针治疗,2组均治疗4周。治疗前后进行髋、膝、踝AROM的评定。结果 2组治疗后髋、膝、踝AROM较治疗前均有增加(P<0.01)。试验组治疗后髋关节前屈、髋关节外展、膝关节屈曲、踝关节跖屈AROM优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 结合功能解剖选穴电针疗法在髋前屈AROM、髋外展AROM、膝屈曲AROM、踝跖屈AROM等方面优于常规选穴电针疗法。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture therapy of acupoint selection based on functional anatomy on the range of motion in patients with spastic lower extremity after stroke. Methods 130 patients met the inclusion criteria of the study were randomly divided into the control group(64 cases) and the study group(66 cases). The two groups were all received routine medical treatment and rehabilitation. Meanwhile the study group were given electroacupuncture based on functional anatomy, and the control group was given conventional acupoint electroacupuncture. The treatment lasted for 4weeks. The AROM scores of hip, knee and ankle were observed before and after the treatment. Results The AROM scores of hip, knee and ankle of patients were improved significantly after treatment in two groups(P<0.01). The study group improved more than the control group in the scores of hip flexion, hip abduction, knee flexion and ankle plantar flexion(P<0.01). Conclusion The electroacupuncture therapy of acupoint selection based on functional anatomy on the range of motion is better than conventional acupoint electroacupuncture in hip flexion AROM, hip abduction AROM, knee flexion AROM, ankle plantarflexion AROM.
