【摘要】 目的:探讨ICU标准化床旁交接班的实施在护理质量管理中对护理床旁交接班质量的影响。方法:制定床旁交接班质量标准,在传统的床旁交接班模式下进行护理质量检查,收集检查结果。之后进行全员标准化床旁交接班培训并在标准化床旁交接班模式下进行护理质量检查,收集检查结果。然后对两组检查结果进行对照并统计学分析。结果:标准化床旁交接班模式实施前后,分别观察记录135次(135个床单元)和132次(132个床单元),共记录交接班质量不符合规范要求项152项和44项,传统床旁交接班147项存有较大护理安全隐患。两组对照差异有统计学意义。结论:ICU护士床旁交接班标准化的实施提高了床旁交接班的质量,减少了护理安全隐患。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aimed to practice the standardized nursing bed- side-shift in ICU, and explore the effect of the nursing quality management to nursing bedside-shift. Methods: The quality of bedside-shift was standardized. Both nursing quality in the traditional and standardized model were evaluated and analyzed. Results: Before the implementation of the standardized bedside-shift, 135 shifts were recorded, in which 152 items were not accordant with the criterion and 147 items might induce nursing security accident. After the implementation of the standardized bedside-shift, 132 shifts were recorded, in which 44 items were not accordant with the criterion, which showed a statistic and significant difference. Conclusion: The standardized nursing bedside-shift in ICU could improve the bedside-shift quality and decrease nursing accident troubles.更多还原
