【Abstract】 This article is based on the ESP teaching theory, combined with the development needs of higher vocational colleges and the industry requirements for employment development of vocational college students. It reflects on the existing problems in the development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges and proposes constructive suggestions to integrate ESP into vocational English teaching practice, from national and social levels, institutional and departmental levels, and teacher level, to promote the transformation of vocational English teachers into "dual qualified" higher vocational English teachers as soon as possible.更多还原
