ESP视角下关于“双师型”高职英语教师的思考
Reflections on "Dual-qualified" Higher Vocational English Teachers from the Perspective of ESP
【摘要】 文章基于专门用途英语(English for Specific Purposes,以下简称ESP)教学理论,结合高职院校的发展需求、高职院校学生就业发展所在的行业要求,思考现行高职院校英语教师发展所存在的问题,提出了将ESP融入高职英语教学实践中,从国家社会层面、院校系部层面、教师本人层面促使高职英语教师尽快向“双师型”高职英语教师转型的建设性意见。
【Abstract】 This article is based on the ESP teaching theory, combined with the development needs of higher vocational colleges and the industry requirements for employment development of vocational college students. It reflects on the existing problems in the development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges and proposes constructive suggestions to integrate ESP into vocational English teaching practice, from national and social levels, institutional and departmental levels, and teacher level, to promote the transformation of vocational English teachers into "dual qualified" higher vocational English teachers as soon as possible.
