论教师专业发展的“上升气流”模型

【摘要】 教师专业发展的"上升气流"模型来源于气象学中的气旋运动规律,该模型直观地呈现了教师专业发展"个体与群体横向传递""从成长到发展的纵向提升"以及"内生自主和外驱他主的动力融合"三种表征。在现实情境中,"上升气流"模型在横向和纵向上又会是层层嵌套的,因此现实中的教师专业发展将远比"上升气流"的单个模型更加复杂而生动。

【Abstract】 The ‘updraft’ model of teacher professional development comes from the regulation of cyclone movement in meteorology. The model intuitively presents three representations of teacher professional development: "horizontal transmission between individual and group", "vertical promotion from growth to development", and "fusion of endophytic autonomy and external driving power". In fact, the "updraft" model will be nesting layer by layer horizontally and vertically, so the professional development of teachers in reality will be far more complex and vivid than the single model of "updraft".
