【Abstract】 The ‘updraft’ model of teacher professional development comes from the regulation of cyclone movement in meteorology. The model intuitively presents three representations of teacher professional development: "horizontal transmission between individual and group", "vertical promotion from growth to development", and "fusion of endophytic autonomy and external driving power". In fact, the "updraft" model will be nesting layer by layer horizontally and vertically, so the professional development of teachers in reality will be far more complex and vivid than the single model of "updraft".更多还原
