两位二进制彩色编码光栅三维轮廓术
Three dimensional Surface Profilometry Using Binary System Color coded Grating Method
【摘要】 :研究了一种用彩色条纹对光栅进行编码的光栅投影三维轮廓术。其中投影光栅用白、红、绿和蓝 4种颜色按照二进制原理对光栅进行编码。用白色条纹和绿色条纹分别代表两位二进制中高位的 1和 0 ;用红色条纹和蓝色条纹分别代表两位二进制中低位的 1和 0。与此同时在两个彩色条纹之间插入一条黑色条纹 ,不仅可以避免彩色条纹边界处颜色的相互干扰 ,还可以使空间周期增加 1倍。这样在一个周期中共有 16个条纹。适于对人脸进行三维轮廓的测量。由于每个条纹没有灰度变化 ,因此这种方法具有较强的抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 :A color coded projection grating is used to provide means of measuring 3 D surface profiles.Using white,red,green and blue stripes,we code the grating based on the binary system.Without losing generality,we use white and green stripes to represent 1 and 0 of high place and use red and blue stripes to represent 1 and 0 of low place in the binary system respectively.In the same time,we insert a black strip between two color stripes.This can not only prevent the blending between two color stripes but also double the space period of grating.So there are 16 strips in one period.So it is suitable for the 3 D measurement of human face.Since the strips are without gray scale levels,the measurement system possesses high ability of disturbance resistance.
