岩溶区复杂环境下深大基坑突涌水应急处置关键技术
Key Technologies for Emergency Response of Sudden Water Burst in Deep and Large Foundation Pit under Complex Environment in Karst Areas
【摘要】 依托典型工程项目,对岩溶区复杂环境下深大基坑突涌水处置技术进行了归纳总结,主要结论如下:⑴地连墙接缝处轻微渗漏水处置,采用引流注浆封堵法,主要流程:渗漏表面处理、埋设注浆管、灌浆和封孔;⑵地连墙接缝严重渗漏水,主要措施:坑内接缝埋管引流、坑外深孔注浆加固、面层防水加固;⑶基底绕流涌水处理,处置措施主要包括:(1)及时采取围堰封堵+浇筑混凝土反压的措施;(2)墙外采用跨孔CT扫描解析地质情况,锁定地质溶洞范围;(3)采用地质钻机进行地质探查,为溶洞注浆提供参考依据;(4)对于较大水流流速的动水条件、直径超过2.0 m的溶洞或较大的溶蚀裂隙时,在采用水泥粘土膏浆难以堵水时,可采用施工措施性钻孔,先充填惰性材料等措施;再灌注水泥粘土膏浆或水泥-水玻璃双液灌浆方法进行处理。
【Abstract】 Based on typical engineering projects, the treatment techniques for sudden water inrush in deep and large foundation pits in complex environments in karst areas have been summarized and summarized. The main conclusions are as follows: ⑴ The treatment of slight water leakage at the joint of the diaphragm wall adopts the drainage grouting sealing method,which mainly involves surface treatment of leakage, embedding of grouting pipes, grouting, and hole sealing; ⑵ The joint of the underground connecting wall is severely leaking water, and the main measures include burying pipes for drainage at the joint inside the pit, grouting reinforcement for deep holes outside the pit,and waterproofing reinforcement for the surface layer;⑶ The treatment measures for water inflow around the foundation mainly include:(1) timely measures such as cofferdam sealing and concrete pouring for back pressure;(2) Cross hole CT scanning is used outside the wall to analyze geological conditions and lock in the scope of geological karst caves;(3) Using geological drilling rigs for geological exploration to provide reference basis for karst cave grouting;(4) For dynamic water conditions with high water flow velocity,karst caves with a diameter exceeding 2.0 m,or large corrosion cracks,when it is difficult to block water with cement clay paste,construction measures such as drilling holes and filling with inert materials can be adopted;The treatment is carried out by using the method of re pouring cement clay paste or cement water glass double liquid grouting.
