【摘要】 全面推进乡村振兴是新时代建设农业强国的重要任务，推动乡村产业高质量发展是乡村振兴工作开展的重要抓手，国家知识产权局将知识产权助力乡村振兴工作作为专项工作，并提出专利技术强农的工作要求。专利作为农业科技创新的核心和重要载体，必将在促进现代农业高质量发展以及乡村振兴中发挥重要作用。本文基于农业专利中蕴含的专利技术与专利信息，以河南省为研究对象，通过分析现有专利扶持乡村产业发展政策、农业专利概况提出发展中存在的问题，研究以专利导航、专利信息利用、专利挖掘和布局、专利实施和转化四个方面助力乡村产业高质量发展模式，并梳理总结各地区典型案例对发展模式予以支持，最后提出地区乡村产业高质量发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Full propulsion of rural revitalization is an important task in the construction of agricultural powerful country in the new era, high-quality developments of rural industry is important gripper for rural revitalization work. China National Intellectual Property Administration has made intellectual property assisting rural revitalization a special job, and proposed the requirements of the work of utilizing patent technology to boost agricultural prosperity. As a core and important carrier for agrotechnical technology innovation, patent plays an important role in promoting high-quality developments of modern agriculture industry as well as the rural revitalization. Taking Henan Province as the study subject, this paper analyzes existing rural industrial development policies about patents and the issues of agricultural patents in development, based on the technology and information implied in agricultural patents. The paper studies the models to support high-quality development of rural industries from four aspects, including patent navigation, patent information utilization, patent mining and layout, patent implementation and conversion.Typical cases of development patterns in some regions are also introduced. Finally, suggestions are proposed for the high-quality development of regional rural industries.更多还原
