阻燃纱管纸的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 用硅酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚氰胺配制成复配阻燃剂,采用浸渍法将阻燃剂添加到纱管纸中,制备出阻燃纱管纸,研究浸渍时间、浸渍液浓度对纱管纸阻燃性和强度性能的影响,结果表明硅酸钠、磷酸氢二钠和三聚氰胺具有良好的协同作用,三者最佳的质量比为3∶1∶0.3,在复配阻燃剂浸渍浓度为25%,浸渍时间90s,阻燃纱管纸纸样未炭化长度达65.4mm,阻燃效果十分明显,但其对原纸的耐破指数下降7.4%,裂断长下降6.9%,环压指数增加1.3%,SEM表明复配阻燃剂沉积包覆在纤维的表面,实现纱管纸的阻燃效果。

【Abstract】 Sodium silicate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and melamine were used as compound flame retardants, and the flame retardants were added to the paper by dipping method to prepare flame retardant bobbin paper.The effects of impregnation time and concentration on flame retardancy and strength of bobbin paper were studied. The results showed that sodium silicate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and melamine had good synergy, the optimal mass ratio of the three was 3∶1∶0.3. At the impregnation concentration of compound flame retardant was 25%, and the impregnation time was 90 s,the uncarbonized length of the flame retardant bobbin paper sample reached 65.4 mm, and the flame retardant effect was very obvious. However, the bursting index of the bobbin paper decreased by7.4%, he breaking length decreased by 6.9%, and the ring crush index increased by 1.3%.SEM showed that the flame retardant compound deposited on the surface of the fiber to achieve the flame retardant effect of the bobbin paper.
