应用型新商科人才跨界融合培养的路径研究
On the Approach of Cultivating New Applied Business Talents
【摘要】 传统商科人才培养模式正面临着科技进步和后疫情时代逆全球化带来的低增长、大通胀的交叠困境。从商科人才培养所面临的环境出发,分析应用型新商科人才应具备的知识、素养、品质、能力等特征:掌握数字商业逻辑和规律;具备人文素养与正确应对颠覆性技术的伦理素养;具备中国气派和国际视野;具备创新实践力与基于高度认知可塑性的判断力。提出“六塑造”“一建设”的应用型新商科人才培养路径:以伦理素养和人文精神为主的价值观塑造;以产业链为主线,实现跨界融合培养的知识塑造;以问题导向为原则的方法论塑造;突出区域特色与响应国家重大战略需求相结合的特色塑造;产教融合、赛教融合、项目制培养的模式塑造;有效激励的教学管理评价体系塑造;推动“新商科实验室”建设等。
【Abstract】 The traditional business talent training mode is facing a dilemma of low growth rate and great inflation brought by technological progress and anti-globalization in the post-epidemic era. Starting from the environment of business talent training, this paper analyzes the characteristics that applied new business talents should possess from the following aspects: knowledge, ability and qualities. They should also master digital business logic and digital business laws, have humanistic quality, the feature spirit of the contemporary era, the ethical quality to cope with the disruptive technology, as well as Chinese spirit, global vision and the ability of innovative practice and judgment based on high cognitive plasticity.Finally, the countermeasure of “six shaping”, “one building” was put forward for cultivating new business talent: ie,ethical quality and humanistic spirit for values shaping; taking the industrial chain as the main line to shape the knowledge of cross-border integration; the principle of problem-orientated for methodological shaping; feature shaping of regional characteristics combined with the response to the national strategic needs; training model shaping with the integration of industry, competition, school education and project-training; incentive mechanism shaping for teaching management evaluation; building “new business talent training laboratory” etc..
