一款安全高效准确的居里点测试仪的设计与制作
Design and Manufacture of a Safe,Efficient and Accurate Curie Point Tester
【摘要】 在大学物理实验当中,利用传统居里点测试仪(XD-JLD)对铁磁材料的居里点温度进行测定,发现传统仪器(XD-JLD)存在温度滞后,加热温度不可控以及散热缓慢等一系列问题。通过设计温控系统、铜制加热井和散热装置解决上述问题,并在此基础上进行创新。改进和创新后的仪器,大大缩短了实验时间,减小了实验误差。
【Abstract】 In the university physics experiment,the Curie point temperature of ferromagnetic materials was measured by the traditional Curie point tester(XD-JLD),and a series of problems such as temperature lag,uncontrollable heating temperature and slow heat dissipation were found in the traditional instrument(XD-JLD).Solve the above problems by designing temperature control system,copper heating well and cooling device,and innovate on this basis.The improved instrument greatly shortens the experiment time and reduces the experiment error.
