【Abstract】 The period of Xi Zhongxun’s administration in the Northwest China is an important historical stage for the formal establishment, deepening and improvement of the request and report system. Xi Zhongxun made a systematic and comprehensive thinking on the purpose, subject, item, procedure and method of request and report. In practice, he actively implemented the system of requesting and reporting, and presented the characteristics of doing it himself, seeking truth from facts and facing problems directly, cultivating typical examples and summing up experience. Xi Zhongxun’s reflection and practice on the system of requesting and reporting in the period of administrating the Northwest China not only made great contributions to the northwest region and New China, but also had great significance for upholding and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Party, adhering to the “Two Affirmations” and achieving “Two Upholds” in the new era.更多还原
