【摘要】 小反刍兽疫是由小反刍兽疫病毒引起的一种急性接触性传染病,又称羊瘟、伪牛瘟等。小反刍兽疫自发现起在非洲、中东以及亚洲大范围流行,为发展中国家的养羊业带来了巨大的灾难,也影响了这些国家的经济。FAO-OIE于2015年发布了《PPR全球控制和根除战略》,目标为到2030年在全世界范围内消除小反刍兽疫。文章就小反刍兽疫的发现与流行、诊断方法、疫苗的发展情况以及小反刍兽疫病毒的病原学特征进行了系统的概述,以期为小反刍兽疫进一步的根除提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peste des petits ruminants is an acute contact infectious disease caused by the peste des petits ruminants virus,also known as goat plague and pseudo-rinderpest.Peste des petits ruminants has been widespread in Africa,the Middle East and Asia since its discovery.It has brought huge disasters to the goats industry in developing countries and also affected the economies of these countries.The FAO-OIE released the 《GLOBAL STRATEGYFOR THE CONTROLAND ERADICATIONOF PPR》 in2015,with the goal is eliminating peste des petits ruminants worldwide by 2030.This article systematically summarized the discovery and prevalence of peste des petits ruminants,diagnostic methods,vaccine development,and the etiological characteristics of peste des petits ruminants virus.It also provided reference value for the further eradication of peste des petits ruminants.更多还原
