天津中心城区雨洪韧性评价及其空间分异研究
A Study on an Index System for Measuring Flood Resilience of Central Tianjin from The Perspective of Spatial Heterogeneity
【摘要】 针对我国城市中心城区普遍存在的暴雨内涝问题,以韧性城市理论为基础,以提升城市应对雨洪灾害的能力为目标,在梳理分析国内外已有研究的基础上,结合我国城市中心城区的实际情况建立由环境、设施、管理3个韧性维度构成的雨洪韧性评价模型,结合评价指标初选和层次分析法建立中心城区雨洪韧性评价体系,为城市中心城区雨洪韧性的研究提供了一种量化分析途径,最后,以天津中心城区为例,通过识别雨洪韧性的空间分异结果,验证了雨洪韧性评价体系的有效性并总结了天津中心城区雨洪韧性目前存在的问题。
【Abstract】 There are serious problems of waterlogging in central areas in China.Based on the theory of resilient city and aiming at improving the ability of cities to cope with flood,on the basis of analyzing the existing studies both at home and abroad,combining with the actual situation of the central areas in China,an evaluation model of flood resilience was established,which was composed of five dimensions:environment,economy,society,facilities and management.After screening indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process,the index system of the central urban area flood resilience was established,which provided a quantitative analysis Approach for the research of measuring the central area flood resilience.Finally,taking central Tianjin as a case,the effectiveness of the flood resilience index system is verified by identifying the spatial heterogeneity results of flood resilience,and the existing problems of flood resilience in the central area of Tianjin are summarized.
