负温环境对水泥水化程度及混凝土强度的影响研究

【摘要】 为研究负温、常温养护下的水泥水化程度和混凝土的强度增长规律,选定水胶比为0.24和0.38,在混凝土中加入粉煤灰和矿粉为掺合料,同时加入不同掺量的引气剂作对比,测试混凝土试块在养护至7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、84 d的抗压强度,分析对比其规律。研究表明:-3℃养护下,水泥水化程度在14 d后变缓,同龄期下水泥水化进程约为常温养护下的50%;常温养护下,矿物掺合料的效应在84 d以后发挥效果较明显;-3℃养护下,混凝土强度约为常温养护下的60%,矿物掺合料的效应不明显,引气剂的加入对低水胶比的混凝土试块强度影响更大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the hydration extent of cement and the strength increment rule of concrete in the subzero and normal temperature maintenance, the water-binder ratio is selected by 0.24 and 0.38. The admixture of fly ash and mineral powder is added into the concrete, and at the same time the different admixtures of air entraining agent are added for comparison so as to test the compressive strengths of concrete test specimen in the curing period of 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d and 84 d and to analyze and compare its rule. The study shows that the hydration extent of cement will slow down after 14 d in the-3℃ curing, and the hydration extent of cement in the same age is about 50% in the normal temperature curing. The effect of mineral admixture is more obvious after 84 d in the normal temperature curing. The concrete strength in the-3℃ curing is about 60% in the normal temperature curing. The effect of mineral admixture is not obvious.The addition of air entraining agent has the larger influence on the strength of concrete test specimen of low water-binder ratio.
