【Abstract】 The root of NIMBY(not in my backyard) conflicts lies in the clash of divergent interests among stakeholders involved in NIMBY facilities.The weakening of public participation outcomes stems from a combination of entrenched traditional beliefs, insufficient engineering literacy, institutional inertia, and utilitarian "self-interest" tendencies.Drawing on the management of Hangzhou Tianziling Landfill project, a systematic governance path is proposed: establishing an integrated interest coordination mechanism to balance multi-stakeholder interests; improving economic compensation and incentive mechanisms to address the mismatch between risks and benefits; implementing rights-responsibility alignment awareness programs to shift public attitudes from NIMBY to YIMBY(yes in my backyard).更多还原
