【摘要】 本文简要介绍了CCD TCD1208的特性,提出一种基于CPU PIC16C7X简洁实用的线阵CCD应用电路,并给出CCD驱动程序,该方案已通过实践验证。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the characteristics of linear image sensor CCD TCD1208 briefly, and proposes a simple and reliable circuit based on embedded micro-controller PIC16C7X.The drive program of CCD is presented. The scheme is verified through experiments.
