槐糖脂的保润性能及其在卷烟中的应用

【摘要】 为改善烟草制品的耐加工性和品质,对槐糖脂和常用烟草保润剂的保润防潮性能及其对烟草表面微结构的影响进行对比研究。结果表明,槐糖脂是一类具有双向保润性能的天然保润剂。与丙二醇、甘油相比,内酯型槐糖脂自身持水性有显著提高;恒温恒湿箱法和扫描电镜观察法的结果均显示在不同添加量下,槐糖脂的保润及防潮效果均优于传统保润剂;槐糖脂裂解实验表明裂解产物含多种烟草致香物质或其结构类似物,其与烟草有较好的配伍性,具有改善烟气的效果。

【Abstract】 To improve tobacco processability and the sensory quality, the effect of sophorolipids(SLs) in cigarette was evaluated by contrasting with traditional tobacco humectants. The results showed that SLs are natural humectant with excellent bidirectional moisturizing property. Compared with propanediol and glycerol, the water retention rate of lactonic SL greatly increased. The results of constant temperature and humidity chamber and scanning electron microscope(SEM) demonstrated that the moisture retention and humidity resistance of SLs were better than those of propanediol and glycerol. Besides, there were many substances, similar to the aroma components, existed in the pyrolytic products of SLs, which could improve the aroma of cigarettes.
