EDTA对白茅和藨草吸收土壤重金属的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探索采用生物与化学相结合对重金属污染土壤进行人工修复的最佳方法。[方法]以污染区采集的白茅和藨草种子为试材,采用温室盆栽法研究在不同浓度梯度的EDTA(1、3、5、10、15 mmol/L)调控下白茅和藨草对土壤中Cd、Zn、Pb积累的影响。[结果]调控剂EDTA不同程度地增加了白茅和藨草对土壤重金属的吸收,提高了植物对污染土壤的净化率。不同植物对不同土壤重金属污染元素的净化需要不同EDTA浓度调控。采用3 mmol/L EDTA调控时白茅对土壤Cd、Zn污染的净化率最高,分别为0.226%和0.305%;15mmol/LEDTA调控时对土壤Pb污染的净化率最高(0.047%)。采用10 mmol/LEDTA调控时藨草对Zn和Pb净化率最大,分别为0.305%和0.042%;15 mmol/LEDTA调控时对Cd净化率最大(0.211%)。[结论]修复土壤Cd、Zn、Pb污染的最佳方法是藨草+10 mmol/LEDTA。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimum method of combining biology and chymistry to artificially repair the soil polluted by heavy metal.[Method] In the pot test in greenhouse,with the Imperata cylindrica and Scirpus tripueter seeds selected in polluted area as tested materials,the effect of I.cylindrica and S.tripueter under regulation of EDTA with different concn.(1,3,5,10,15 mmol/L)on the accumulation of Cd,Zn,and Pb in soil.[Result] The regulation agent EDTA increased the absorption of I.cylindrica and S.tripueter on heavy metal in soil to different degree and enhanced the purification rate of plant on polluted soil.The purification of different polluted heavy metal element in soil by different plant needed regulation of EDTA with different concn.With the regulation of EDTA at 3 mmol/L,I.cylindrica had highest purification rate(0.226% and 0.305%,resp.)on the pollution of Cd,Zn in soiland with EDTA at 15 mmol/L,I.cylindrica had highest purification rate(0.047%)on the pollution of Pb in soil.With the regulation of EDTA at 10 mmol/L,S.triqueter had highest purification rate(0.305% and 0.042 % resp.)on the polution of Zn and Pb and with EDTA at 15 mmol/L,S.triqueter had highest purification rate(0.211%)on the pollution of Cd in soil.[Conclusion] The best method of restoring soil polluted by Cd,Zn and Pb was S.triqueter plus EDTA at 10 mmol/L.
