电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地球化学样品中铬、钴、锶的常规法和碰撞法比较和优化
Comparison and optimization of conventional and collision methods for determination of chromium, cobalt and strontium in geochemical samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
【摘要】 ICP-MS经调谐为最优仪器条件下,分别选取52Cr、59Co、88Sr作为测定元素的同位素,以103Rh作为内标元素,采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸四酸体系对样品进行前处理。通过比较常规和碰撞两种模式下的测定结果,以及对比分析3%的硝酸、3%的盐酸和3%的王水三种提取酸对测定结果的影响,得出在碰撞模式下,选用3%的盐酸作为提取酸,其测定结果的准确度和精密度更好的结论。研究结果表明:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法碰撞模式可高效准确测定地球化学样品中Cr、Co、Sr的含量,该方法操作简单、精密度好、检出限低、结果准确可靠,由于采用的是电热板常规酸溶矿方式,特别适合大批量样品的分析测试工作。
【Abstract】 Under the conditionof ICP-MStuned as the optimal instrument,52Cr,59Co and88Sr were selected as the isotopes of the determination elements,103Rh was used as the internal standard element,and the samples were pretreated with the tetraacid system of hydrochloric,nitric,hydrofluoric and perchloric acids.By comparing the results of conventional and collision modes,and comparing and analyzing the influence of 3%nitric acid,3%hydrochloric acid and 3%aqua regia on the results,it is concluded that the accuracy and precision of the results are better when 3%hydrochloric acid is selected as the extraction acid in collision mode.The results show that the collision mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can efficiently and accurately determine the contents of Cr,Co and Sr in geochemical samples.The method is simple in operation,good in precision,low in detection limit,accurate and reliable in results.
